What you can expect As a Junior HR consultant (m/f) your work will be project-related according to the key- account principle. You will look after your clients for the entire business process, from order acquisition and conception of the intervention right up to implementation and evaluation of measures. You will develop customized concepts for your clients, co-ordinate them with your contact person and prepare multi-day assessment or development centers and trainings, which you will monitor independently both domestically and abroad. Furthermore, as a Junior HR consultant (m/f) at atrain you will be introduced to the acquisition of new customers as well as up- and cross-selling.

- excellent academic degree - preferably in psychology or other related fields
- first professional experience in personnel and leadership development
- independent and self-reliant way of working
- strong logical and analytical thinking
- strong customer orientation, social and consulting skills
- experience with different cultures
- methodological knowledge and relevant expertise in psychological diagnostics
- excellent English skills
- additional qualifications such as language skills and IT or programming skills are highly beneficial
- additional qualifications or experience in coaching, consultancy, psychotherapy as well as own publications or managerial experience are welcome
- first professional experience in personnel and leadership development

- extensive professional experience in the field of Human Resources and Leadership Development (e.g. as an independent trainer, in the personnel department of a company or a consulting firm)
